Now, TPS multi-vendor service allows our customers to select Tristar Power Systems to support their entire portfolio.
In addition, we provide our customers a single point of contact for all contract management, escalation, scheduled maintenance, and emergency services on critical power systems during regular hours; all after-hours calls are handled by the Account Manager on duty to ensure continuity of customer service. When a customer calls with a service need, the Account Manager will have all the information the customer requires.
Tristar Power Systems has qualified, experienced service engineers and approved service partners trained in virtually all makes and models of UPS systems, PDUs, static switches, diesel generators, and batteries. We support our customers with a 24/7/365 emergency response and scheduled maintenance in all 50 states with excellent onsite response in 2 to 4 hours in major cities and, no matter where the location, onsite response in 2 to 8 hours.
TPS multi-vendor service saves our customers time, money, and—most importantly—the disruption caused by arranging preventive maintenance visits from several different service providers and the inconvenience of tracking schedules and reports in multiple formats.
Our preventive maintenance scope of work surpasses the OEM scope of work, and all the site, equipment, contract, and service reports are available to our customers online 24/7/365. Our customers can view the quotes and approve them online using our secure Web portal.
