Our professionally managed call center handles our customer calls 24/7. During regular business hours, all calls are handled immediately; after-hours, weekends, and holidays, our customer calls are responded within 15 minutes of receiving the call.

All service calls are registered and tracked using our state-of-the-art service management tools. Our field service engineers have access to all the equipment information and trunk stock. Our field service engineers carry a good inventory of trunk stock to respond any emergency. If there are any additional parts needed, they are shipped on the next flight out or hand delivered from the closest regional center.

If our field service engineers are unable to resolve your equipment issue on the first trip, occasionally a second trip will be required. If there is a problem that needs to be escalated, escalation procedures are in place to involve management for immediate resolution.
